Thank you for using LastManager! This User Guide explains how to use the LastManager App
Purpose of LastManager
The purpose of LastManager is to provide a simple and fast way to see items that have been completed in the past.
For example, you can use the Pet category to keep track of items such as when your pet was last at a grooming or vet appointment. Another example is the Auto category, where you can keep track of items such as the last time you completed a certain car maintenance task.
1. The Main Page and Categories
The main page displays your categories as follows...
- Pet
- Auto
- Home
- Health
- Finance
- Hobbies
- Locations
- Other
2. Plus Icon
The plus icon is used to create a new item/note.
When creating a new item/note, you can assign the appropriate category and the item/note will be placed in the appropriate category related list.
When you create a new item/note, the current date will automatically be displayed in the list item
3. Trash Icon
The trash icon is used to access your items/notes that have been deleted.
When viewing the list of items in the Trash view, if you swipe over on an item, you will have the option to delete the item forever or restore the item back to the list.
4. Settings Icon
The settings icon will take you to the settings view where you can change settings such as background appearances
5. Listed Items
After you select a category on the main page, you will be taken to a list of items that you have created.
The date that appears on the list items shows when the list item was created.
The gray box next to the item name is used to make the date appear or disappear.
When viewing the list of items, if you swipe over on an item, you will have the option to delete the item, which will send it to the trash view. Click the trash icon to view items that have been deleted.
6. Editing Notes
When you tap on an item/note in any category list, you will be taken to the Edit Note view. Here you can make changes to your note, reset the date, change the date and see the date history

Thank you for using LastManager! Your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Data Collection
LastManager does not transmit or process any personal information or user data over network connections. All actions occur locally on the device.
What The App Does Not:
Does not require user registration
Does not request personal information
Does not access contacts, location, camera or microphone
Does not use analytics tools
Does not use tracking technologies
Does not use cookies
Does not include advertising SDKs
All functionality of the App operates entirely on your device.
2. Data Sharing
Because LastManager does not collect any data, no data is shared with third parties.
3. Data Retention
LastManager does not store any personal data on external servers.
Any information created while using LastManager remains only on your device and is not accessible to the developer.
4. Children’s Privacy
LastManager does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Since no data is collected, there is no risk of children’s data being gathered.
5. User Rights
Because no personal data is collected or stored by the developer:
There is no user data to access
There is no user data to modify
There is no user data to delete
All app data, if any, exists only locally on your device and can be removed by deleting LastManager
6. Security
Since LastManager does not transmit or store data externally, there are no databases or servers containing user information.
7. Changes to This Policy
If LastManager's data practices ever change, this Privacy Policy will be updated before any data collection begins.
